Promotional Jam Session: Agreement By registering for and participating in a Jam Session at Lion Hart Studio DC, you (the "Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following: Media Release: You grant Lion Hart Studio DC the irrevocable right to record (audio and/or video) your performance. You consent to the use of these recordings on the studio’s website, social media channels, and other promotional outlets. No Compensation: You agree that participation is voluntary and that you will receive no monetary compensation, royalties, or complimentary studio credits in exchange for the use of this content. Waiver of Claims: You hereby release and hold harmless Lion Hart Studio DC, its owners, and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action—now or in the future—arising out of your participation or the subsequent distribution of session media.
