A quick summary of our Terms of Service

Welcome to the lab.

  We’re here to make sure your sound is king. To keep the studio running smooth, here are the essential rules you agree to when using our services:
1. Payments & Refunds
• All Sales are Final: We have a strict no-refund policy.
• Credit Window: Any credits issued are a one-time courtesy and must be used within 14 days.
• No Autopay: We don’t do recurring monthly billing—you pay for what you need, when you need it.
2. Your Content, Your Responsibility
• Back It Up: You are solely responsible for your files. While we provide the platform, we are not an insurance policy. Always keep your own backups of your stems and sessions.
• The “Delete” Key: If you cancel your account or it becomes inactive, your content can be deleted immediately. Don’t leave your hits behind.
3. Ownership & Copyright
• Clear Your Samples: You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you record or upload. If you use an unlicensed sample, that’s on you, not the Den.
• Our Tech: You’re here to use the gear and the site, not decompile or “borrow” our software and code.
4. Account Security
• One Lion, One Den: Your login is for you only. No sharing accounts, and no bots allowed.
• Gatekeeping: You are responsible for everything that happens under your password. Keep it secret, keep it safe.
5. The Fine Print
• As-Is: We provide a pro-grade environment, but we provide it “as-is.” We aren’t liable for internet outages, third-party software glitches, or “Acts of God.”
• Disputes: In the rare event of a legal disagreement, we skip the courtroom and head to binding arbitration in the District of Columbia.
